These are the Terms and Conditions that apply when you book an apartment with us. By booking with us you are agreeing to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. Bookings are not transferable from one apartment to another. In the event that you, the guest, cancels or changes the booking, the booking deposit will not be refunded. Should we, Magic Orange cancel the booking a full refund of the deposit will be made.
If you cancel 28 days or less before your due date of arrival, or do not arrive
at all, you will be charged the full amount for the booking, resulting in
the full amount for the booking being paid.
Contact us as soon as possible if your travel
plans must change, we will try to help to avoid any unnecessary charges.
We suggest that you ensure that your travel insurance covers No Show and Cancellation Costs.
Payments should usually be made in advance in sterling. On occasion you may be asked to pay on arrival. Payment on arrival must be in euro, cash. In these cases please ensure that you have sufficient cash before arrival, as there are only a small number of cash points in the airport area and there are restricted daily withdrawal limits.
The deposit paid to secure the booking is non-refundable.
Check-In is normally after 13.00 and check out by 11.00 however we always try to accommodate all arrival times. Please also refer to the Additional Booking Conditions on the individual apartment page for any further applicable charges regarding check-in and check-out times that apply to the particular villa, apartment or hotel.
We ask for full flight / travel details at the time of booking and wherever possible allow immediate check-in and the use of the apartment until 2 hours prior to your departure. When this isn't possible we try to provide a baggage store or courtesy room until check-in is possible or until your departure.
We can add additional guests within the approved occupancy of the apartment. This is available up until 12 hours before your arrival. Extra charges or reductions may apply if there is an occupancy supplement for the specific accommodation. After this time we can not guarantee that changes can be accommodated as schedules will be prepared for housekeeping.
In very exceptional circumstances, accommodation may be withdrawn. We will notify you as soon as possible. We want you to have an enjoyable holiday and will endeavour to find a suitable alternative. We will offer a full refund if we are unable to agree a suitable alternative to suit your needs. Magic Orange will not be liable for further claims by the guest.
At the time of booking you must inform Magic Orange of the total number of
guests included in your booking party. Unless by prior agreement with Magic
Orange only the number of people indicated by the lead guest when booking
shall be authorised to use the apartment. The number of people who may use
the apartment may not exceed the number of people allocated for each apartment.
Pets are only allowed where permission has spcifically been grant.
In the event that Magic Orange or one of its' agents discovers any infringement
of the occupancy agreements, Magic Orange at it's sole discretion will be entitled
to request that the lead guest and their party leave the apartment, villa or
hotel room and the lead guests and their party shall have no right to any type
of claim for compensation. On arrival you will be asked to complete a simple
registration agreement and provide a copy of your travel document, usually
for guests from the EU this is a copy of their passport. This copy is retained
by Magic Orange for the duration of the holiday and returned on your departure.
The apartment shall be cleaned and the linen prepared prior to your arrival at the apartment, villa or hotel. When leaving the apartment, guests are asked to leave the accommodation in reasonable condition. A cleaning charge of a minimum of £30 is payable in advance.
The guest signing the agreement (lead guest) will be liable for the correct and decent behaviour of all the people accompanying him or her in their party. Should you as lead guest or any of the people accompanying you not behave in a suitable and responsible way, Magic Orange will be entitled to request the lead guest and the people accompanying him/her to leave the apartment without the right for the latter to claim any type of compensation whatsoever.
Neither Magic Orange nor the owner of the accommodation: apartment, villa or hotel shall be liable for any direct or indirect damage that may arise as a consequenceof the use by the guest of the apartment, villa or hotel including without limitation, damages, insurance, losses because of fires, robbery or criminal behaviour. In addition Magic Orange is acting as an agent for the property owner. Any agreement signed between the guest and Magic Orange pertains soley to the behaviour of the guest whilst in the property.
Magic Orange reserves the right to update any of its terms and conditions at any time, as may be required and as may be in line with the company's business. The obligation is placed on all users of the website to ensure adequate measures are taken to maintain an awareness of such terms and conditions on a regular basis. By agreeing to use this site, it is implied that any such changes are accepted by any such third party and, that any such third party undertakes to comply with any such changes.
Magic Orange do their utmost to maintain the accuracy of the information
contained on our website, we cannot be held liable for any errors or omissions
that may arise or be responsible or liable for any negligence in relation
to information on or accessible from this website.
These terms do not affect consumer statutory rights.
Magic Orange takes the privacy of its customer's data very seriously. Please read through the following policy statement to understand how we treat your personal data after it has been collected through the use of our website. We can assure you that we only use your data as specified within this statement and for our legitimate business reasons.
We can collect data from you in two ways:
• When you book an apartment, villa or hotel rooms through our website.
• When you speak to one of our customer services personnel.
When you book an apartment through our website, we will need to collect information about you to facilitate the booking. This information may include, but is not limited to, details such as your name, address, telephone number and credit or debit card details. Unless we have your express consent we will only disclose personal information to third parties if it is required to complete your transaction with us.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information to third parties for marketing purposes without your express consent.
By disclosing your personal information to us using this website or over the telephone, you consent to the collection, storage and processing of your personal information by Magic Orange in the manner set out in this Privacy Policy. Some information and emails sent to Magic Orange may be used as testimonials but no e-mail address or contact details will be displayed. The content will be used only after consent has been received from the originator.
If you need to Modify or Change your personal details after you have made your booking. Please contact us as soon as possible, either by e-mail or telephone.
